Harlesden: major road diversion for emergency gas main repairs

National Grid Gas are carrying out emergency repair works to a gas leak at Craven Park Road junction with Manor Park Road, Harlesden.

To enable work to be undertaken to the 12-inch main, Manor Park Road will be closed to south bound traffic from 2pm on Tuesday, July 13.

Southbound traffic on this one way section will be diverted along Church Road into High Street Willesden then into Pound Lane, Harlesden Road ,Wrottesley Road and back into Harlesden High Street.

National Grid Gas will start repair work on the leak today. However due to the extent of the damage Brent Council Transportation does not yet know when the full repair will be completed.
